Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Times

  • Print-on-Demand (POD) Products: All POD products are custom-made to order through our partner, Printful. Processing times typically take 2-7 business days before shipping.
  • Digital Products: Digital products are delivered instantly upon successful payment. A download link will be sent to your provided email address.

2. Shipping Methods and Costs (POD Products)

We currently ship POD products within the UK only. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method and destination.

Available shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery in 3-7 business days after processing.
  • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery in 1-3 business days after processing.

3. Delivery Times

  • POD Products (UK Only):
    • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days after processing.
    • Expedited Shipping: 1-3 business days after processing.
  • Digital Products (Global):
    • Delivered immediately upon purchase. If you do not receive your email with the download link, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us.

4. Order Tracking

  • For POD products, tracking information will be provided via email once your order has been shipped. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking updates.
  • Digital products do not require tracking, as they are delivered electronically.

5. Shipping Restrictions

  • POD Products: We currently only ship Print-on-Demand products within the UK.
  • Digital Products: Available for purchase globally.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

For POD products:

  • If your package is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us at jordan@jorlou.com within 14 days of delivery. We will work with Printful to resolve the issue by offering a replacement or refund if necessary.
  • Printful requires photo evidence for damaged items; please include clear photos of the issue in your email.
  • We are not responsible for stolen packages marked as “delivered” by the courier.

For digital products:

  • If you experience any issues accessing your digital download, please contact us for support.

7. Customs and Import Taxes

  • POD Products: Since we only ship within the UK, no customs or import taxes apply.
  • Digital Products: Not subject to customs fees.
